Diary Of a Wimpy Kid, The Ugly Truth
Quote: “See, when you’re a little kid, nobody ever warns you that you’ve got an expiration date. One day you’re hot stuff and the next day you’re a dirt sandwich.”
Blurb: Greg Heffley has always been in a hurry to grow up. But is getting older really all it’s cracked up to be?
Suddenly Greg is dealing with the pressures of boy-girl parties, increased responsibilities, and even the awkward changes that come with getting older. And after a big fight with his best friend Rowley, it looks like Greg is going to have to face the “ugly truth” all by himself…
Review: This is the fifth book in the series. To unpopular opinion, this was not my favorite or most loved book from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, but after this book, it grew wildly humorous. There were still many great parts surrounding this book. I enjoyed this book as much as I could. I highly recommend this book!
